This stunning Antonella Round Brilliant Diamond Engagement Ring setting features side stones in a twisted prong-set shank with a four claw setting. The setting cost includes the side diamonds, but does not include the centre round brilliant diamond which can be selected separately. A matching wedding band is also available for purchase .
